The building on Pictor Daniel Rosenthal Street, built between 1941-1942, was recently restored and consolidated to match its original appearance while preserving the area's character.
The restoration included discreet interior remodeling to meet modern standards, restoring the main staircase and entrance, and redesigning secondary staircase access. Valuable interior elements, like the columns and wooden beams, were preserved and restored. The facade was preserved, with new interventions enhancing original features. The cornice was restored to its original shape, the attic transformed into a terrace, and a set-back fourth floor was maintained.
